- OrderYour order must be in by noon on the Friday before Wild Wednesday. This allows us time to ensure we have your products in time for pick up on Wild Wednesday.
- PayPay for your order on or before Wild Wednesday.
- Pick upStop in on Wild Wednesday and pick up your products!

Can’t make it in during office hours on Wild Wednesday?
That’s OK!
Fill out the credit card authorization form and bring it to the office. We’ll keep your card on file and use it to pay for your Wild Wednesday purchases automatically if you haven’t arrived in time that day. Then you can pick up your order at your convenience!
For your security, please don’t send card numbers by email or through this website. Bring the form in, or fill one out at the front desk.

Call the office or send a request, and we’ll find a time that suits you. New patient forms can be filled out at home.
